Shipping Policy

At Mambo Styles, we are committed to delivering your order promptly, safely, and with care. Every item is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition—ready to wear or gift.

Processing & Shipment

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order ships, we’ll send a confirmation email including tracking details so you can follow your package in real time.

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping within the United States, and shipping options for select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times depend on the shipping method you select at checkout and your delivery location.

  • While we take every effort to meet delivery estimates, factors beyond our control (such as carrier delays, weather, customs) may affect arrival times. Should you experience a delay, please contact our customer support team and we’ll assist as quickly as possible.

Order Tracking


You’ll receive a tracking link when your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking status updates to appear.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you change your mind, or a product simply isn’t right, our returns policy is designed to give you peace of mind and to make the process straightforward.

Return & Exchange Window

  • You may return or exchange items purchased online within 30 days of delivery. 

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

    • With all original tags and packaging

  • Please note that sale items, heavily discounted items, or custom-made pieces may be designated as final sale—please check item descriptions for such exceptions.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email our customer care team at support@mambostyles.com, quoting your order number and reason for the return.

  2. We will send you instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

  3. Pack the item securely, include any original packaging and tags, and ship it to the address provided.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll confirm its eligibility.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, provided everything is in order.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (for example: wrong item shipped, defective product).

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items


If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, please contact us immediately (within 30 days). We will make it right by offering a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
